Commonly playing golf for our clients at Melbourne Sports Podiatry is a competitive social outlet. Currently seen as a recreational sport for all different ages and skill levels, golf is uniquely tiring on the feet due to a long portion of the game being spent walking between holes.
For a number of our patients, the moment foot pain becomes prevalent is the moment they tend to come in for treatment. With a clear understanding that foot pain and the lower back are commonly affected simultaneously, our golfers have learnt that early intervention is vital to help prevent issues with their swing and allow them to continue enjoying walking around the golf course.

All assessments are 30 minutes and 45 minutes for those patients who have had chronic/resilient problems that have been untreatable so to speak over a long time.
