Whether it’s standing and running around in the field for 8 hours or pounding the crease whilst bowling. Cricket is insidiously one of the most taxing games on your feet and legs due to the fact of how long you are standing up for and intermittently running between batting, bowling and fielding.
The most common time for injuries with young bowlers, both spin and pace is between the ages of 12 to 19. At this age representative cricket begins to take full swing, school or club commitments increase and some kids can be training 4 - 5 times during the week. For young cricketers in this age bracket the risk of low back stress fractures, knee pain and Achilles problems are its peak.
Mr. Steven Singh has personally been through the rigours of junior, representative and senior premier cricket. Having sustained and then rehabilitated his body from low back stress fractures, achilles problems and multiple soft tissue injuries Steve completely understands the balance between bowling technique and training loads required for junior cricketers all the way to seniors at international level.

All assessments are 30 minutes and 45 minutes for those patients who have had chronic or resilient problems that have been untreatable so to speak over a long time.
